MADSign
Your orientation in full color
MadSign is a wayfinding and signage project proposed for the Literary Quarter of Madrid. It aims to adapt technology and incorporate different visual signage, improving the orientation of a person with partial or total unfamiliarity with the area. Its objective is to make tourist attractions and local hospitality venues more visible.
Additionally, the project adapts its audiovisual pieces so that people with disabilities are able to interact with them. Culture and accessibility, we want everyone to be able to enjoy this neighborhood.

The identity of this wayfinding project is characterized by using neutral colors and a red #A01A1A that recalls that of the Community of Madrid. Additionally, we have played with the project’s content and the logo that represents it, using a double circle that resembles a sign.
All necessary materials have been designed to give visibility to the project: Corporate identity, posters and stationery, website and a promotional 3D video. Technical pieces to be incorporated on-site have also been developed, including signs and signals that guide users through the streets of the Literary Quarter and, linked to a mobile app, tell its history.
